Two new species today.
Today I saw two new species in one day. The first was the Avocet (Recurvirostra avosetta), and the second was a lone Northern Shoveler (Anas clypeata) swimming around amidst a huge group of Widgeon (Anas penelope). They were both too far away to get any decent photos, but still – Great stuff.
